About This Application
MarathonScience App is a content scheduling tool operated by Marathon Science ("we," "us," "our"). It automates the publishing of content created by Marathon Science to social media platforms, including TikTok.
This application is used internally by Marathon Science for business operations. It is not a consumer-facing product and does not offer services to third-party users.
Use of the TikTok API
This application uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish videos and photo content to the Marathon Science TikTok account (@rosner_performance). Content is created by Marathon Science and scheduled through our internal content management system.
The application does not:
- Access, collect, or store data from other TikTok users
- Interact with third-party TikTok accounts
- Scrape, harvest, or aggregate TikTok content
- Offer any functionality to external users
Content
All content published through this application is original content created by Marathon Science. We are responsible for the content we publish and comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Content Posting Guidelines.
Intellectual Property
Marathon Science owns all content published through this application. TikTok's terms regarding content posted on their platform apply as specified in TikTok's Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
This application is provided "as is" for internal business use. Marathon Science makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Changes
We may update these terms as needed. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
